Registration for the UPoN2018 conference has been closed.

 

 

Registration fee includes: free lodging at students dorms (number may be limited; first registered, first served), admission to all scientific sessions, meeting materials (congress file, final programme, name badge), coffee breaks, lunch, social events, etc.
If you want to resign from the accommodation in students dorms the registration fee is reduced by 50 € (includes 23% VAT) and you have to book a room by yourself (e.g., in the recommended hotels).

	(**) This registration is valid only for one day and it cannot be repeated more than one time.

PAYMENT

Payment for participation in the conference should be made

• by the online payment system (credit card or electronic bank transfer) available after registration.
• by bank transfer based to the bank details below.

All payments should have the notification: Participant’s Name + UPON2018

Bank expenses must be paid by the participant.

After payment receipt, a VAT invoice will be issued within 14 days after registration a deposit in the bank account and sent you by e-mail to the address provided on the registration form.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

• All cancellations of Conference registration have to be sent by e-mail to the Conference Organizing Office: upon2018@pg.edu.pl. The date of the resignation receipt is binding.
• Please note that if notice of cancellation is received before 09th of July 2018 payment will be refunded in full, except for an administrative fee of 50 EUR.
• If cancellation is received on or after 09th of July 2018, payment will not be refunded.
• Please be advised that any refunds will be paid after the Conference.
